Sotheby’s Praha & Wien Invitation
2008
Sotheby’s Master Paintings hosted a curated 5-day tour of the splendors of Prague & Vienna for its level one clients. From 10-14 June 2008, clients from all over the world were invited for an intimate view of art. The idea for the trip stemmed from a unique opportunity for Sotheby’s clients to visit both the Lobkowicz and Liechtenstein palaces in a personal and privileged way. A rare opportunity to share with clients the love and appreciation for old master paintings, and to do so in two of Europe’s most magical cities. Programs were arranged in both cities by Sotheby’s.
The welcome brochure, itinerary, and invitations were designed with the idea of partnering with Neenah Paper to create a mesmerizing masterpiece. Featuring a range of 12 different tactile premium papers so all the collateral resembled a design collection swatch book. We used a range of foil stamps, embossing, die-cuts, french folds, tip-on, letterpress, and digital printing techniques in order to reflect the unique splendors of this one-of-a-kind luxury event.
